No equipment purchase price, but there are a few things you'll need to bring to the table to get it up and running.

We handle:

  • The pet wash unit itself, at no cost to you
  • Printing and installing the branded graphics once you provide the print-ready artwork

You handle:

  • Any permits or approvals required to operate
  • Site prep: a flat, level, compacted gravel, or hard surface in a visible spot on your property
  • Utilities hookup: electric, water, gravity drain, and cellular service
  • Unloading the unit when it arrives
  • Adding the unit to your property insurance policy, with a verification of additional insured to indemnify and hold CCSI International, Inc. harmless in all cases, except negligence or willful misconduct.

The agreement does not have a defined end date, but you're not locked in forever. If priorities change, you can request removal of the unit at any time. A $5,000 removal fee applies, and you'll be responsible for disconnecting the unit and loading it onto the truck CCSI sends for pickup.

CCSI also reserves the right to request removal at any time. In this case, we cover all disconnection, loading, and transport costs.

The term is not defined.

After a period of ten years the Site Partner may request a new unit. The option to purchase will reset to reflect the cost of the new unit. No credit will be carried over from the replaced unit. The original unit must be unhooked, prepared for shipping, and loaded onto the truck sent by CCSI International, Inc. New units must be unloaded and hooked up by the Site Partner, as outlined above.

CCSI retains ownership of the pet wash unit, but you have the option to buy it over time.

Starting after your first month of operation, $175 is deducted from the retail price for every month the unit is installed and in use. The longer it's there, the less you'd pay to own it outright. One thing to note: if you purchase within the first 24 months, freight costs are added to the purchase price.

After 10 years, Site Partners may request a new unit. At that point, the purchase option resets to reflect the cost of the new unit with no credit carrying over from the original. You'd be responsible for disconnecting the original unit and preparing it for pickup, and for unloading and hooking up the new unit.

There's no minimum performance requirement, so you won't be penalized if the unit underperforms. That said, if it's not working for your location, you can request removal at any time. CCSI also reserves the right to request removal at any time.

Day-to-day upkeep is the Site Partner's responsibility. That includes daily cleaning, keeping soap levels topped off, and ensuring utilities are running properly. Soaps can be ordered directly through www.petwashsupplies.com.

The good news: there's very little to break on our units. In the event something does need attention, maintenance and repair of the unit and equipment are the Site Partner's responsibility.

Yes, our units are ADA-compliant, so you can feel good about accessibility for all of your customers without any additional modifications on your end.

Our units present no environmental concerns. If you need MSDS sheets for your records or local compliance requirements, we're happy to provide them.

Your site will need four things: electric, water, a gravity drain, and cellular service. The cellular connection is how the unit processes credit card transactions, so reliable service at the location is important. Beyond that, standard utility hookups are all you need to get up and running.

The units are designed for outdoor placement and are heated and cooled, so they can operate year-round without any seasonal prep or shutdown on your end.
